So, what's all the hype about detox?  It used to be so taboo, but now it is a great approach to achieving optimal health and wellness (and losing some bloat and inches doesn't hurt either!). And, everyone is doing it!  In fact, as I am writing this segment, I am on day 4 of a 7 day cleanse and I feel so amazing!
